The 3 Pillars of Change
In this vlog I answer the question of how to actually change our thoughts. If our thoughts evoke our feelings, those feelings prompt action, and those actions create results, then addressing our issues at the thought level will in-turn initiate a chain reaction of good feelings, productive actions and wonderful results.
The 3 key concepts you’ll hear about in this video are: Delusion, De-fusion, Direction.
